The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and iconic landmarks. Despite some noise from Lombard Street, the room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. The Deluxe King room was well-appointed and provided a pleasant stay.

The rooms were pretty basic but the bed was surprisingly firm and decent, which wasn't too bad. Loved the view of the Golden Gate Bridge from my 2nd-floor room, and the location was sweet with loads of nearby spots to grub out at; traffic noise was surprisingly chill too. Not having a vent in the bathroom meant cracking a window after a shower, but overall, had a solid stay overall! 🌉

Convenient location in the Marina District. I felt like a celebrity with the smart TV, just like a Hollywood star lounging in my luxurious room. the bottle of shower gel in the bathroom made me feel like a pampered diva, ready for my close-up.

Unpleasant scented cleaning products.
