I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel across from a park, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The location was ideal, with beautiful surroundings and a view that overlooked the river and the border. The hotel itself was excellently restored, with a historical charm that added to its appeal. The staff were fantastic, providing top-notch hospitality and making me feel right at home.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right by the border bridge. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially San Juana, who assisted us with finding our room. The secure parking and valet service were also fantastic amenities. The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and a spectacular view from the balcony. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities, including extra toothpaste and shower caps. it was a great experience.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooftop. The first restaurant serves light meals and has a bar, perfect for a quick cocktail before dinner. The pasta with cream sauce and grilled chicken was delicious and served quickly. The breakfast was also yummy and the rooms were accommodating, providing easy access to parking.

The lobby and pool area were clean, with lovely tree decorations. The attached restaurant served quick and tasty meals with complimentary chips and salsa. The room had a quiet AC, comfortable bed, and a spectacular balcony view. The bathroom was well stocked with extra amenities. Great location for visiting family in Nuevo Laredo.

The ambiance of this place was like a luxurious resort, with beautiful landscaping and a lovely courtyard. The hotel staff, from the bellboys to the executive staff, fully understood hospitality and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and immaculate, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the wake-up service, ironing facilities, and in-room safe. This venue truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to my family.

On the other hand, this hotel did not provide any negative aspects. In fact, I found it to be an incredibly enjoyable experience.

I was delighted with the central location of the hotel, as it made exploring the city so convenient. The 2 pools were a treat, allowing me to relax with a drink in hand. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the overall experience. The room I stayed in had a lovely view of the old Plaza, giving it a historical charm. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall appeal.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had forgotten our jacket by the pool, and the bartender found it and turned it in to security. They were efficient in retrieving it for us. The rooms were well-maintained and had a historical charm. The Zaragoza Grill had amazing food, with the chef accommodating my wife's gluten-free needs. we had a great experience at La Posada and would recommend it.

The food was tasty and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast tacos were a highlight and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which helped in planning our day trips.

Housekeeping was also sub-par with trash and wrappers being left behind. Lastly, the musty smell upon entry was off-putting.

We enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar. The penna pasta with cream sauce and grilled chicken was delicious, and the chips and salsa were a nice appetizer while we waited for our meal.

The parking garage experience was difficult as we were not permitted to park on the 1st floor. However, overall we had a great experience at the hotel and felt very well taken care of.
