Remarkable Staff and Spacious Suite

The exceptional staff made our stay truly enjoyable, upgrading us to a spacious suite without us even asking. the breakfast selection was great and provided good value for the money, despite the hotel not being the newest. However, improvements could be made in addressing non-smoking room issues and slow elevator service.

The Baymont Springfield had comfy beds with plush pillows. the staff was friendly and helpful, the indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Breakfast was well-stocked even late. Clean and great service!

The staff were super helpful when our TV remote went missing, so we called the front desk and they fixed it with a smile 😊. The only hassle was having to redo our key cards often if they got near cell phones or credit cards, but didn't ruin the fun vibe.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Tanger Outlets, with great shopping options and deals for the whole family. The kids loved checking out the latest styles, and my wife and I found some amazing bargains. It was the perfect way to spend our time in Springfield.

My wife says that it would have been great to have a larger variety of breakfast options for the kids.

I enjoyed my stay at Baymont By Wyndham Springfield I-44. The location was excellent and the pool hours were great for late-night swims. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was cold with a frozen biscuit. a pleasant experience.

The free hot breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise! I indulged in fluffy waffles and savory biscuits with gravy, feeling like I was at a cozy family brunch. The experience truly set a fantastic tone for my day of adventure in Springfield.

Towels were too small.

The views from my room at The Baymont were stunning, with the city lights sparkling against the night sky. The warm, inviting ambiance of the hotel made for a memorable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome package of yogurt and fudge in my room, a nice touch that added a personal feel to the experience.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as the spaces were taken up by semi's and trailers parked horizontally.

We stayed at Baymont for one night during a road trip. The hotel looked just like the pictures - clean and nice. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff, especially Lilly, was the best and very helpful. The beds were comfortable once we figured out the pillows were folded into the pillowcases. Nice pool and spa area.

Hotel provides great breakfast and entertainment options for theatre fan like me. Loved exploring local museums and parks nearby. Enjoyed a relaxing stroll in the botanical gardens. Staff were friendly and made me feel at home. Also appreciated the excellent customer service and free Wi-Fi. The room was cozy with all necessary amenities. a pleasant stay with sincere smiles all around. Perfect place for a business trip with a touch of fun!

I can't resist staying here repeatedly. The staff once saved my day with tech woes. It’s a perfect fit, supplying Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, indoor pool, flat-screen TV, and more. Returning soon for a holiday!

we had a wonderful time at the baymont. the breakfast staff was amazing, and the housekeepers were very friendly. the front desk lady on the second or third floor was exceptional. despite a small issue with payment, we enjoyed our stay overall and would gladly return.

Stayed 1 night passing through. Rooms were great, comfy bed. Loved having a fridge, working TV, and air cooler. Spa and pool were a huge bonus. Tiles were worn, but had plenty of towels. Breakfast had biscuits, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels. Hardworking staff. Would stay again.
