I had to make some last-minute reservation changes and the front desk staff were accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The only minor issue I encountered was a $4 extra charge on my bill for hotel room service, even though the service was not provided during my two-night stay. However, I understand the importance of supporting the hardworking housekeeping staff and did not make a fuss about it.
