The lady at the front desk was so kind and understanding, she could tell I was going through a tough time. Not only did she make the check-in process smooth and quick, but she also went above and beyond to help me when I found out that my flight had been canceled. She even spoke to the manager who generously reduced my hotel charges, even though they didn't have to.
