I recently stayed at a hotel in Batavia and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my experience. the location was perfect as it was right off the thruway and easy to find, making it convenient to explore the attractions of the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and up to date, equipped with two TVs and a nice desk with a comfortable chair. I appreciated the attention to detail, with plenty of outlets to charge my electronics. Additionally, the breakfast served until 10am was delicious, offering a well-stocked and clean selection. I found the hotel to be a great value for the price I paid.

Stayed overnight for a concert and had an easy check-in process. The location near the highway was convenient and the covered entrance was a nice touch, especially when it was raining heavily during departure. The room was beautiful and spacious, and they were very accommodating of our two dogs, giving us a ground floor room near the exit. The staff also provided a recommendation for a nearby park where we could let our dogs stretch their legs. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. The room had modern amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I would definitely stay at this chain again. it was a quiet and restful experience.

I had a great stay at La Quinta in Batavia! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in. Plus, they gave us a heads-up about Kid Ink staying there, which made my teenage daughter's day! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good. The location was excellent, with Darien Lake and the racetrack nearby, and lots of places to eat within a short drive.

Breakfast delights could use more drink options, like orange juice or coffee.

The rooms were recently renovated and were modern and clean. the AC worked well, which was a relief in the summer heat. the bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. There were napkins from local restaurants left in the room, and even the prior occupant's key card was still there.

The value for the money was great, the room was fantastic, and the location was convenient. The staff treated us like family.

Breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, and more. the convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch for snacks and drinks.

The noise level was quite bothersome, especially the thin floors and loud exhaust fan from the neighboring room. the proximity to the highway also meant occasional traffic noise.

We stayed at La Quinta for a funeral and found it to be well located, with contemporary and clean furnishings. The hotel was less than 1/2 mile from our destination. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly, and the common areas and hallways always smelled clean. Despite a power outage in the area, the friendly desk clerk efficiently checked us in to our clean and comforting room with fluffy beds and ample amenities.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find secure bike storage facilities at the hotel. It was a relief to know our bikes were safe during our stay.
