the room smelled like old, pungent urine, and all the staff could offer was some cheap spray. i expected a room upgrade because, obviously, i deserve better treatment. also, the tv service was an absolute joke—good luck finding a channel. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. what a letdown.

Location was great, near eateries and attractions like Six Flags. Comfy beds made for a pleasant night, while friendly staff improved my experience.

Check-in took ages due to understaffing. the shower pressure was disappointing, and the breakfast options were quite limited.

Free parking and 24-hour reception were great. Wi-Fi was poor and room had a musty smell.

Maintenance issues like peeling paint, crooked pictures, and faulty electrical outlets need attention!!! Slow elevators and unpleasant odors from nearby cooking should be addressed to improve guest experience!!! Internet security concerns could really use an upgrade!!!

I enjoy staying here due to its prime location next to a large mall and various restaurant options. It's conveniently accessible via I-20, making trips to events at nearby stadiums a breeze. The rooms are spacious and come with essential amenities like a microwave and fridge, which adds to the convenience of my stay.

This hotel is in a great spot for visiting AT&T Stadium and the Rangers Ballpark, perfect for our family trip with our two teenagers. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the variety and quality were the best we've encountered!

My kids wished for more entertainment options at the hotel.

Had a spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was delicious, but the HVAC could be quieter.

the location is amazin, super close to restaurants and attractions like six flags and the ranger campo. staff was really friendly and helpful when i checked in. the pool looked nice, even tho i didn't use it. my room was clean and had everything i needed, like a fridge and microwave. breakfast in the morning was decent too, better than some other places.

but the ac was kinda loud and the bed was a lil worn out. also, the breakfast could use more options.
