I stayed at La Quinta Inn Lubbock South as a transit stop during my travels, and I found the proximity to the nearest airport, Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport, very convenient. The property is non-smoking and offers a business centre and luggage storage space, which suited my short stay needs well.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed some minor cleanliness issues such as the carpet not being vacuumed, which made me question the overall maintenance of the hotel.

The room at La Quinta Inn Lubbock South was big and beautiful, providing a comfortable and well-appointed space. The in-room amenities were amazing, and the comfortable bathrooms were so spacious, avoiding that cramped feeling that some hotels have.

We were one floor below a family who let their children run in the room constantly until after midnight. It seems the soundproofing between the rooms could be a little better.

the bathroom light was burnt out upon arrival and it took a frustrating two hours to get it fixed. Secondly, the shower only provided lukewarm water, which was quite disappointing.

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were well-kept and there was a large, spacious lobby seating area where my family and I could sit and visit. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day and allowed us to fuel up before heading home. it was a fantastic experience!
