ease of check-in, property close to Muskego, convenient location

The hot tub was out of order, the pool was too cold for use, and the parking lot was poorly cleared from snow weeks after the storm!!! An upgrade to the room cleanliness and maintenance would make a huge difference!!!

I enjoyed a spacious suite that was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The location is convenient near expressways and local amenities, but some areas, like the hallway carpets, could use attention. Great for families, especially with pet-friendly options.

I absolutely loved the clean, modern rooms! No carpet means less noise, and I got a great night’s sleep—until 3 AM when I woke to muffled conversations. Also, the hot tub was just the right temperature for a nice soak after a day of culinary adventures!

However, the cleanup crew missed a few spots. the bathtub was dirty and the shower head wouldn’t budge. Breakfast was a major letdown—hardly anything available at 8:00 AM! We waited too long for refills. Come on, staff, let’s shine brighter!

Those thin crispy fries at the local diner were life-changing, and I had the pleasure of enjoying a clean and cozy room with an efficiently working air conditioner. The bed was so comfortable that I could have slept through a tornado!

Had a rough time with rowdy people at night and trash in the halls, but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Chur for that!
