The pillows weren’t great, but the bed itself was comfy. A $50 security deposit was unexpected. Cleanliness varied, and it felt dated this time. Still, budget-friendly perks like free breakfast and parking made it an easy choice for a quick trip.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The room wasn't cleaned well—it had old stickers on the wall and leftover snacks on the floor. I couldn't shake off the feeling that the sheets hadn't been changed, which was just gross.

Plenty of room for everyone with two queen beds and a sofa. Nice breakfast choices, kids loved the waffles and fruits.

I loved the huge suite—perfect for my family! The staff were super helpful and the location is just fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see. The outdoor pool was a dream, and my dog loved it too!

Easy access to River Walk and downtown attractions

During my stay, I really appreciated how close everything was, with the famous River Walk and the vibrant Historic Market Square just a short walk away, and it only took about 15 minutes to reach the Alamo and other major landmarks, making my exploration so enjoyable; the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and complimentary breakfast to start the day; however, I did wish the pool hours could return to normal for late evening swims.

Close to Riverwalk, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bedding could use improvement. The comforter was on the small side, barely reaching the sides of the bed. Noise levels were acceptable, but temperature control could have been more efficient. The restroom amenities were nice, featuring mini Dove products. the tub showed signs of rust, which was disappointing. Housekeeping did a decent job, but we struggled with toilet paper availability, needing to purchase some ourselves. The elevator was slow, and there was only one operational, causing delays during busy times. Despite these issues, the bed felt firm and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was huge and comfy with a rad view of downtown, plus there was free parking and brekkie included, which was an absolute must for us. The pool was a cool oasis in the midst of that scorching Texan heatwave, and we had a blast lounging by it. However, the TV in our room was a bit wonky, but we were too busy exploring around the city to even mind. 🏊‍♂️

The friendly staff and proximity to a convenient market across the street were definite highlights.
