The front desk folks at this spot sure knew their stuff and even made sure to give me a room that matched my needs - pets and kids included! Big shoutout to the chilly room upon check-in, made sleepy time a breeze, especially with the option to crack open a window for the fresh cool air at night. As for the pool situation, there was a nice variety of options for breakfast but a bit more fruit could've hit the spot.

The physical facilities were excellent with a very helpful housekeeping staff, fast wifi, and some front office staff being great. However, there were issues with communication and maintenance. The location was perfect, but the lack of staff professionalism and breakfast quality were disappointing.

Omg, 🤩 the breakfast at the hotel was like a dream come true! so many options and everything was fresh and tasty. Only downside was the cold air from the wall unit. Overall, i'd stay again just for that breakfast!

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Robbilee was very quick and kind to make things right when I brought any issues to her attention. Breakfast was awesome! The hotel is centrally located to many attractions. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers added to our relaxation. Nearby landmarks like the Lincoln Home National Historic Site and the Illinois State Capitol enhanced our family bonding experience.

The local grub around La Quinta had me on cloud nine! Vegetarian dishes were a divine experience, leaving me craving more. The modern design and new furniture added a trendy touch, and the convenient location near the highway was a game-changer. Walmart within a stone's throw was a bonus!

Woof! A pupper pal across the hall serenaded us with a barking symphony. Front desk took its time in resolving, but all's well that ends well.

One thing that could be improved upon at this hotel is the speed of the elevator, which was quite slow. it would be great to have some vending machines on each floor for quick access to drinks and snacks, rather than having to go all the way down to the front desk.
