This hotel is centrally located and perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. With easy access to both the beach and the historic district of the city, you're in a prime location for a diverse range of activities. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with great bathroom features and even provisions for furry friends. All staff members are friendly and efficient. Breakfast could be better, but it's a minor issue in an otherwise great experience.

There were some equipment failures and miscommunications with the dining services staff that occurred during our stay. However, the staff was accommodating in providing alternative solutions.

The room at Voco St Augustine Historic Area was so cozy and comfortable. The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the laptop-friendly workspace was super convenient for catching up on emails. The free WiFi was a nice bonus too.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too cold at times, but I know others might appreciate it.

This place has an excellent location just after the bridge, and the shuttle service is a big plus for getting around. The staff is courteous and helpful, and I appreciate the 24-hour reception. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities such as the flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool has a fantastic view with sun loungers and a sun terrace for relaxing.

The hotel had two complementary gifts: a bottle of water and some chocolates. the location was close to a lot of good attractions. I liked that the hotel had underground parking which made it convenient for parking during the rainy days.

It was very noisy and there was construction work taking place almost all day long. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too lumpy, which gave us headaches throughout our trip.

I recently stayed at Voco in St. Augustine for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the retro style of the room was charming. It was spacious, clean, and had great views of the lighthouse and water. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The parking was plentiful and the breakfast, despite a small delay that day, offered a good selection for different tastes. the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff, especially the cleaning staff, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
