Few furniture in room, leaky shower.

Staff helped my old parents sweetly on our first stay. the place suits me perfectly – Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, massage, flat-screen TV, lift. Returning for city break!

We loved the hotel's beautiful and elegant property, close to downtown and in a quiet area. the spacious rooms were well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. the breakfast was delicious and the pool service was top-notch.

Additionally, the beautiful pool area and spa provided a relaxing retreat. We appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of feeling like we were in our own private oasis. Nothing to fault.

The hotel design is stunning with lovely rooms and nice features like an outdoor bathtub. The grounds are well-groomed and beautiful. The restaurant offers great vegetarian options and has a friendly bar staff. The rooftop lounge with a gas fireplace and bar/dinner service is a perfect place to relax.

We felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and Taquitz falls. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had L'Occitane toiletries and the patio space outside had a charming fireplace and tub. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room each day. The hotel also offered complimentary bikes for guests to use.

The music at the pool could be intrusive and inconsistent with the relaxing atmosphere.

Our room had a charming patio with a fire pit where we enjoyed breakfast from the complimentary basket. The bar and restaurant were excellent, with Richard serving the most delicious margaritas. we loved our stay despite minor noise from construction. We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Great service and location, walking distance from the city center. Nice pool area with food and drinks available. The breakfast included was delicious! Rooms were comfy and cool, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would definitely return.

The complementary champagne and cakes were a nice touch, and the food at the restaurant was indeed delicious. the location is great, being only a block away from the downtown area, making it super convenient to explore. I also enjoyed having a private jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

My stay was not quite what I had hoped for. the management and service were really poor.
