We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, close to town center and with a nice view from the balcony. We loved the special touches like the welcome drink and happy hour. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities, from heating to in-room safe, and the terrace was a lovely touch.

While there were some minor issues with front desk wait times and housekeeping, overall we would highly recommend this place to families. The staff at the dining restaurant were fantastic and the food was delicious.

Oh, what a fantastic weekend we had at the resort! The staff was incredible in answering all our questions and offering excellent service. The location was perfect with a private beach and close proximity to the village. We loved the bike storage and how MTB-friendly they are. The pool area was pleasant and had enough clean towels. The dining experience at Bin 189 was good, and the views of the lake were magnificent.

One thing to note was that the facilities were a bit dated, but the staff made up for it with their attentive service and care.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and convenient location of this hotel. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. the pool area was a great place to relax and soak up some sun. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Our room was not ready at check-in, and we had to wait for over an hour. the spa was extremely overpriced, and we were not impressed with the quality of the massage.

Stunning interior, convenient location near the town and snow resort. Bin 189 restaurant served excellent food with a nice view. Gift shop was cute and lobby was beautiful. Fitness area with short class and spa area with no hot water for women.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of the lake. We also loved the cozy lobby with fireplaces. Despite some minor noise issues from neighboring rooms, overall we had a fantastic stay at Autograph Collection.

The room at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa was like a dream come true. I felt like I was living in a cozy lakeside cabin with a huge balcony to soak in the stunning views. The separate king bed and bathroom were luxurious, and the deep soaking bath tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The dining room was a bit small for my liking.

We absolutely loved the spa and massage services. It was the highlight of our stay, and we spent the entire day enjoying the amenities. The location is great, with a short walk to a charming shopping center. Plus, the beautiful view of the lake added to the overall experience.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.

We loved the relaxed feel of the hotel, the friendly staff, and the great value for families with young children and dogs. The location is exceptional and the private beach is a huge plus. The addition of a drinks service and more sun beds would make it even better for guests. Perhaps renting kayaks or paddle boards would be popular too.
