Great location by the lake

Really enjoyed the spot near the lake and the American style of the place. Room was super spacious with a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Staff was super helpful too. Just wished the parking situation was better; it felt a bit cramped. A few things in the room could use upgrades, like the bed and some appliances.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being just a short walk away from the water and restaurants. the outside pool and hot tub were a highlight, especially because they were perfectly heated even in freezing weather. the staff were super friendly and kind, providing fantastic service throughout our stay.

One drawback was the uncomfortable beds and pillows. the beds were extra firm and felt like sleeping on the floor, making it difficult to sleep comfortably through the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The staff were professional and prompt, and they made sure we had everything we needed as a family. The rooms were well-stocked and comfortable, with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen provided all the necessary amenities for cooking, and they even gave us new sponges and dish soap. The sofabed was surprisingly comfortable, unlike those annoying coil beds. The location was great, right by the beach and within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The staff also made an effort to accommodate our group, putting us in adjacent rooms and even upgrading one of our rooms to a one-bedroom suite. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the staff was always there to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is unbeatable – right by the lake, and at the end of Ski Run Blvd. The facilities are great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the two receptionists. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchenette to a comfy sitting area. We appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities, such as the in-room safe and the free toiletries. The restaurant had delicious food and we enjoyed dining there.

Spent an entire week in a well-appointed apartment with generous space and a full kitchen. Enjoyed cooking our own meals. the location was great, close to restaurants and a beach that rented out kayaks and jet skis.

One downside was that the internal pool was out of action for the duration. the check-in person was dry and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, even though we stayed for four nights.

Our recent stay was fantastic! The location was absolutely ideal with so many great restaurants and shops a short walk away. The breathtaking view of the nearby lake was the icing on the cake. The room was spotless and comfortable with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast was top-notch. We also loved the multiple pools and hot tubs on the property.

We did encounter some parking difficulties, which made it a little stressful to park each day.

We had a spacious room with a living area, kitchenette, and a private bedroom. the location was great, being walking distance to restaurants and beaches. the resort had a nice lodge-like feel and plenty of outdoor spaces for families to enjoy, including courtyards for barbecuing and a sprawling lawn leading to the beach.

Customer service was horrible, as we were not given the room we had paid for and were sent to a different hotel far away. We had to take cabs multiple times and deal with a lot of confusion and waiting.

Good location, close to restaurants, Whole Foods, and a small beach. Rentals available for water sports. Bartender provided excellent service, even late at night. Pool was quiet and staff was professional and helpful. Spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa bed.

The location of the hotel is also fantastic, being right on the shore of the lake and in the town center. It's the perfect spot for exploring all that the area has to offer.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times.

We also appreciated the well, equipped kitchenette, which had everything we needed for our stay.

We also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained pool area to the reasonably priced drinks at the happy hour. our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value stay with exceptional service.
