The location is absolutely breathtaking and very peaceful. The grounds are pristine, and the motel is right on Lake Otsego. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always taking the time to talk to you. There are plenty of amenities, including swimming and fishing docks, lounge chairs, and fishing gear available to borrow. The motel offers free WIFI and is close to downtown Cooperstown.

We stayed at the charming Lake View Motel for the wake and funeral of my Uncle. The location is perfect, right across from the lake, with plenty of outside chairs to enjoy the view. The staff, particularly Willis, were friendly and helpful, making check-in and out a breeze. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a deck offering stunning views of the lake and mountainside. The hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during a difficult time.
