We loved the classic architecture and furnishings, giving the hotel an excellent old school charm. The professional staff was fantastic and swiftly resolved a plumbing problem with just one phone call. The convenient location near downtown restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and the shoreline bike path was a major plus. The ability to easily secure extra towels and coffee pods from the front desk was a thoughtful touch.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to both downtown and the lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fun bar on the top floor that had stunning views of the lake. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. The staff, especially Traci at the front desk, were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was always clean and comfortable. We even received a sweet surprise gift of chocolates and coffee for our anniversary. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. We enjoyed the on-site dining option, especially during these times when it's sometimes difficult to find a restaurant. We also liked the historic feel of the hotel, with its dark oak lobby and restaurant, which was a nice change from the modern hotels we usually stay at. The beds were comfy, the showers elegant, and the food excellent. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come back.
