The hotel facilities were excellent, with a huge bathroom and a completely separate bedroom. The staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, offering a free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius on weekdays. The location was perfect, close to a few restaurants and the freeway, making it convenient to explore the city and even catch a game at Levi Stadium.

Unfortunately, the hotel's location is not ideal, as it is situated in a noisy and cramped area that is far from any of the city's attractions. Additionally, the room was cramped, the bathroom was outdated and in need of repairs, and the service was subpar, with unresponsive and unprofessional staff. The breakfast was lackluster, with few options and low-quality food. While the hotel did have a fitness center and laundry room, these facilities were poorly maintained and uninviting.

The hotel's shuttle service was a complete disappointment, with false advertising and unhelpful staff who refused to honor their own website's information.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms at this hotel. the presence of a full kitchen with useful amenities like pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a full, size refrigerator, made it convenient for me to prepare meals. Additionally, the double sink in the bathroom and ample counter space were a bonus. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, situated just outside the bustling city center but close enough to provide easy access to the main attractions. I was impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience offered by the hotel.

It was clean, comfy, and spacious with a complete kitchen and plenty of seating and table space. the staff was willing to provide answers to our questions and the complimentary breakfast had a variety of foods and juices, very satisfying. the hotel's location was great, with a good restaurant nearby, and the outdoor areas were cute and relaxing.

The elevator rug smelled bad and looked dirty. Additionally, the staff member at check-in was rude and unhelpful when we had a slight issue with the reservation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sunnyvale and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The hotel is located close enough to Levi Stadium and other attractions in the Bay Area. our experience was great and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we're in this city.
