The stunning views of Midtown New York and walking distance to Central Park are a major plus. The staff is accommodating and went above and beyond. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and attractions like Times Square and Broadway shows. The beds are comfortable, and the Moon Shone bergamot bath products are a nice touch. The rooftop pool offers an amazing view, and the burger joint on the ground floor is awesome.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Central Park, the MET, 5th Avenue shopping, and the theatre district. The subway stations at the end of the block made it incredibly easy to explore this beautiful neighborhood and access other attractions like Times Square and the Empire State Building. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with fast and easily accessible elevators and a great coffee bar downstairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the twin beds being particularly cozy. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Our stay at Thompson was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and had a convenient kitchenette. The hotel's location near Times Square was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, especially the front desk and concierge, were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

Spacious deluxe king room with comfortable bed and great desk. Continental breakfast included lovely fruit cocktail. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great location with beautiful park view and peaceful surroundings. Excellent pool.

We absolutely loved the rooftop pool with its warm water and amazing view. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us like family. The location was perfect, with lots of things to do close by. The room was clean, well-designed, and had modern amenities. The little stool and round table serving as a desk were genius and cute, saving space while still being functional. The shower setup and sliding door for the bathroom were well thought out. The junior suite was spacious and perfect for a group of young people, with enough space for hide and seek. we had a great experience!

The location of this hotel was excellent, with Central Park, the theater district, and midtown all within easy reach. Additionally, the hotel had a great bar and the staff were excellent. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a quirky burger joint in the lobby with fabulous burgers.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. the rooms seemed dated and in poor repair, with signs of water damage and a bathtub full of mildew.

We had a fantastic stay at Thompson Central Park. the location was perfect, just a block away from Central Park. the hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the gym facilities were amazing, with a sauna, steam room, and even a nail salon and spa. We also loved the convenience of having a coffee bar downstairs. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing suggestions and even printing out tickets for us.

For the price we paid, the value we received at Thompson Central Park was incredible! Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with Carnegie Hall just a short 2-minute walk away. The staff treated us like royalty, from helping us with reservations to encouraging my daughter before her performance. We felt truly taken care of during our time at the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My stay at Thompson Central Park was worth every penny. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The location was perfect, with easy access to Central Park and theaters. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially the friendly bell captain Eric who made my daughter's birthday extra special with a surprise tray of cookies.

This hotel is in a prime location with close proximity to some of the city's top attractions while maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Guests can enjoy various nearby eateries and walk to Times Square. The staff provides excellent service, from accommodating requests to luggage assistance. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with modern amenities such as a pool.

The prices of food and beverages may be expensive for some guests.

We indulged in exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, which provided top, notch beauty treatments, manicure, pedicure, and make. we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the delicious meals served at the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue that we faced was with the delay in service from the private facilities. We had requested for some umbrellas to be delivered to our room, and it took longer than expected.
