Despite the cleanliness issues, the hotel's location in the quiet downtown area allowed us to easily access the event we attended the next morning. Additionally, the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff, aside from the maid service, was friendly and attentive to our needs. The lobby was also aesthetically pleasing, adding a touch of charm to the overall experience.

The staff at Ascend Hotel in Little Rock were incredibly helpful when we encountered an issue with our air conditioner. They promptly found us a new room and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for their attentive service.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with free parking and a beautiful outdoor courtyard. The hotel was also impeccably decorated, with a lovely lobby. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room we stayed in was lacking several important amenities. There was no microwave or refrigerator, and the HD TV was also missing.
