The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of South Beach. Being close to the beach was a huge plus, as we could easily walk there within minutes.
