The room is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern kitchen appliances. Enjoyed the amenities on the 8th floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing fresh linens and towels regularly.

We had an amazing stay at Level Chicago - Old Town! The spacious rooms with a living room, huge bathroom, and comfortable bedroom were perfect for our needs. The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and with an ALDI next door for convenience. We especially enjoyed the games room and gym. it was the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends.

I was blown away by this luxurious hotel! From the moment I checked in, I felt like royalty. The location was perfect for me, with plenty of local amenities nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping was exceptional, and I loved all the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the terrace with garden furniture offered breathtaking views!

Our stay at Level Chicago - Old Town was amazing! The in-room kitchen and laundry facilities made us feel right at home. Even though we had an issue with the stove clicking, the maintenance man was quick to come and fix it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

The property had fantastic common entertainment spaces, including a game room and pool area. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of dining options in the fun Old Town area.
