The location of the hotel is convenient for attendees of Tanglewood. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing umbrellas when it started to rain unexpectedly. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a cozy common space for morning coffee.

The bathroom vanity light was not working and despite multiple reminders, it was not repaired during our three-night stay.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great design, convenient location, nice lobby.

We were a big group of friends and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, the stylish design, and the cozy "club room." The beds and linens were comfortable, and we appreciated the stocked mini fridge and snacks. The Apple TV and awesome shower were also highlights.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the staff was great and very accommodating, making us feel like home. the common area was beautiful and cozy, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. the location was ideal, as we were in walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants. we had a wonderful time!

While our stay was mostly positive, we did have a few small issues. Our room had a broken thermostat, which made a clicking noise all night long, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Although the hotel was fantastic in many aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast menu was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing considering it was the primary reason I chose this venue.
