Great location close to town and the lake. the rooms were nice and well-appointed, with plenty of space. We appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made it challenging to sleep during hot summer nights. It would be a perfect place if they had AC. It's best to avoid this place in the summer if you like a cool room.

The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for a small family. Great layout and better than a hotel room. The hot tub/spa was nice. The lobby, game room, and rooms were clean. Pricing was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ski lockers and luggage racks were convenient.

The parking was tight and the entrance was hidden, making it difficult to find the hotel. the front desk staff were brusque and condescending, which was not a friendly experience.

My stay at the Lodge was fantastic! I stayed for one night and it was perfect for my snowboarding trip. The room was amazing, with a cute balcony overlooking a winter wonderland. I loved the fake fireplace and having a full kitchen was a great bonus. The suite was super clean and had everything I needed, including a comfy couch. The location was also great, close to Heavenly Resort and downtown. Breakfast was delicious too!

I had a great stay at the Lodge At Kingsbury Crossing. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby was inviting with a cozy fireplace. The room was like a mini-condo, spacious and comfortable. I loved the separate bedroom with French doors. The lodge had all the amenities I needed, including a hot chocolate and cappuccino machine in the lobby. The location was convenient, with a Red Hut next door for dining and the Chart House just a short drive away. I highly recommend this lodge for a great vacation experience.

During my stay, I appreciated how cozy, clean, and comfortable the room was. The bathroom was spacious and immaculately cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and smooth. I also enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, along with the cookies, coffee and fruits. The location was very convenient to the nearby ski resorts and offered stunning mountain views from the balcony. Furthermore, the living room and bedroom were spacious to accommodate the guests properly.

The hotel had a limited check-out time at 11:00 a.m., which was inconvenient for those who had early travel plans or had to leave quickly.
