The value for money at Aka Back Bay was excellent - comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great location. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and were always ready to help.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and popular attractions. We especially loved the convenience of having a restaurant right in front of the hotel. The area felt incredibly safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. we had a great experience at Hotel Aka Back Bay and would highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, from the valets and doormen to the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed, including a last-minute request for a razor. The location is perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The lively bar on the premises added to the fun vibe of our stay.

We had a terrible experience with the valet service. We valeted our car and it was returned to us with a huge scuff and scratch on the front air dam.

I recently stayed at this place and was blown away by the service and amenities. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and is conveniently close to everything. The staff, from the reception desk to the waitstaff in the restaurant, were very helpful and tried to help with every request. I loved that there was a leisure room with free wi-fi and a fitness centre. The room amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were great. The bar area was perfect for relaxing with a drink and the staff welcomed me with a welcome drink and happy hour was amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful area. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the waitstaff in the on-site restaurant. They were always there to assist me with any request I had. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The amenities in the room were great as well, including ironing facilities and a safe for my valuables. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

I had a few minor issues during my stay, such as the electric plugs at the bedside not working and my wife's room service breakfast being cold. However, these were quickly addressed by the staff and they were very apologetic.
