the overall atmosphere was great and it truly felt like our home away from home. the location was perfect, with a mall right behind the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary hot chocolate waiting for us upon arrival. Although we didn't have a chance to dine at the restaurants, we definitely plan on visiting this hotel again. the staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience, running every 15 minutes and taking only 10 minutes to travel between the hotel and airport. Highly recommend!

We chose this hotel due to its excellent location right across from the theater we were attending. It was so close to all the activities we were interested in doing and we were glad to learn they were holding the event there. It was the perfect location in the entire O'Hare area. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and shuttle service was efficient. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant looked chic.

The shuttle service did not arrive on time, causing us to be late for our event.

This place is located next to a Fashion Mall with good restaurants attached. I also enjoyed the room service, which was available 24/7. The staff, from the doormen and the front desk staff to the restaurant personnel and housekeepers, checked in on us and our stay via text and brought us wine glasses and a corkscrew at our request. The hospitality here is beyond amazing!

We had a great stay at the hotel. the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located next to a large outlet mall, making it easy to do some shopping. the lobby also has a restaurant and small Starbucks/convenience store. the location is perfect for those needing to be close to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent.
