The location is perfect, situated on a small peninsula jutting from the bay, across from a breathtaking view of San Diego. The service at this place is top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning, everything was taken care of efficiently. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with a mini-bar, balcony, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. We also enjoyed the dining options, with a restaurant and snack bar available, as well as special diet menus. The beach access was convenient and the staff provided beach side service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spa and wellness center was the perfect place to relax, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to friends.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were large and comfortable with cozy beds and pillows. The pool area was great, with a separate adult pool and excellent pool service. The restaurant had delicious food and wine, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio by the fire in the evening. The gym was the nicest I've seen in a hotel, with new cardio equipment, weights, and exercise classes available.

Although it's not exactly a beach resort, the hotel provides chairs, umbrellas, and bogey boards to make up for it. The main common areas are well-maintained and impressive. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The service from the staff is top-notch, with prompt and friendly assistance at every turn. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to choose from and the view from the room is an added bonus. The hotel has fantastic facilities such as a two-hour sunset sail, complimentary trolly, and golf carts to the beach.

The hotel occasionally has issues with the handling of pending balances and card authorization, causing inconvenience during check-in and check-out.

The spin class was amazing, with a great instructor and just the right amount of music. The restaurant served fabulous food and had a comfortable ambiance for conversation. The weather in February was incredible, making it the perfect place for biking. The hotel is cyclist-friendly, with bike lanes throughout the area. The staff at Loews were all so friendly and accommodating. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sunsets. We also loved the dog-friendly policy and the beautiful grounds of the hotel.

Not only did she have a great personality, but she also made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The view of the marina from our room was fantastic, and we loved having a deep soaker bathtub. It was the perfect place to relax. The location of the hotel is superb, as it is situated on a quiet little bay with a marina. It was a peaceful and serene getaway.

We had a quick and easy check, in, and the shuttle service was convenient and efficient. the pools were great, with warm water and plenty of poolside games to enjoy. We also loved the beach access, with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. the taco cart was a delicious highlight, offering generous portions and mouth, watering churros for dessert.

We had some issues with cleanliness in our room. the shower was dirty and had moldy caulk, which made us hesitate to use the tub.
