Great location right by the beach. Beautiful views from the oceanfront rooms. The staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, except for one French lady. The spa was closed, making it difficult to use the pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was truly a great experience! The location is absolutely amazing, with direct access to the beach and just a short walk from the pier. The service here is also top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room itself was very impressive, with all the amenities you could ever want, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. It was clear this place takes great care in providing their guests with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location! Easy access to the highway, pier, main restaurants, and shopping of the area. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, with the exception of a small housekeeping mishap. The lobby and common areas were beautiful, and the pool area with fire tables was a nice touch. The hotel provided sound machines in the rooms, which helped with any potential noise from the nearby road.

The lobby was freezing, making it uncomfortable to eat in. The first room we were assigned had thin walls, allowing us to hear everything from the adjoining room.

We loved the location, close to the beach and pier. Good ocean view. Comfortable and accommodating room. Friendly staff, fitness center, pool area, view, room decor and cleanliness.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel for my birthday weekend. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even upgrading me to the most amazing suite. The room was beautifully decorated for Christmas and larger than my apartment. The location of the hotel is perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Santa Monica pier. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming pool and fire pits where you can enjoy a drink with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and sunset.

The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The pool and sauna were enjoyable. Mr. Michael Fox, the concierge, provided exceptional service and made the stay special.

We had an incredible stay at Loews in Santa Monica! The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shopping district. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The full breakfast served in the lobby was delicious, and we loved the poolside bar with its stunning views. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from. The spacious and quiet room provided a restful night's sleep, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Loews in the future! highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean through large windows. The gym and pool were great amenities, and it was nice to relax by the fires with a late drink.

There was a strange mechanical shudder in the room on the 6th floor, which was quite puzzling and made it difficult to sleep. The walls were also thin, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach of Santa Monica. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great poolside terrace that offered stunning views of the pier and beach area. We also found it very convenient to explore the city, as we were located within walking distance of the main Santa Monica shopping area and there was even a Zipcar station right by the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and special throughout our stay.
