Booked the loft with a group of friends to attend a Sabres/Leafs game. Location was awesome. The staff was super helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast is included, or you can get a discount when you order from the menu at the pub affiliated with the hotel. We ordered off of the breakfast menu - the value was amazing. I would totally go back and want to recommend this hotel to others. :)

We stayed in a unique converted apartment complex that was near many attractions and just a short distance from some great pubs. The rooms were big, cozy, and clean, with plenty of space to spread out. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was close to everything Buffalo had to offer.

The reservation and check-in process was a bit of a hassle. My card was initially refused because I wasn't the one checking in, causing me to leave a wedding to resolve the issue.

The loft-style apartments at Lofts On Pearl were a refreshing change from the typical hotel experience. The spaciousness, fully equipped kitchen, and exposed brick walls added a unique charm to our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the fireplace in the living room created a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, having access to a separate building for breakfast wasn't a hassle at all. I highly recommend this hotel for its extraordinary value and distinctive accommodations.

The rooms at this hotel are super spacious and feel like your own apartment. On the 5th floor, our room was well appointed with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, desk space, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for walking to Harbor Center.

The breakfast offered at this hotel could use some improvement. The coffee was truly abominable, the bagels were not fresh, and the fruit options were limited to a hard Granny Smith apple.

This hotel is a gem! It's right in the action of downtown and so close to so much action – we were able to explore the entire area on foot. The rooms are lovely, with exposed brick, a full kitchen and separate bedrooms made for a nice change vs a typical hotel room for the same price. We appreciated the value for money and basic amenities including a sleep sofa.

The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice bathroom. The surroundings were tranquil and created a sense of relaxation. The size of the room was amazing, even for a family with five children. The building was beautiful and the location provided easy access to the main highway.

I had an amazing stay at a charming loft in a historic building. The loft was spacious with exposed brick walls and high ceilings, giving it a cool and beautiful atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the towels were the whitest, newest, and cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff, especially the front desk person, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and cozy experience.

The spacious two-bedroom loft was perfect for our group of four, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The full kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy our own snacks and drinks. We also loved the modern decor and cozy fireplace. The location was convenient, with a short walk to nearby attractions. Although parking options were limited, the hotel provided a parking pass for a small fee. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying at the Lofts.

Stayed here after a 50th Anniversary party and having a room one floor above the venue was wonderful. The suite was spacious and we loved the kitchen and private bedrooms. The food at the Pearl Restaurant attached to the Lofts was excellent. We ate on a beautiful, wrought iron balcony replete with hanging flower baskets, watched the sunset, and enjoyed the skyline. Love, love, love how this hotel is making a comeback.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the arena where the show I attended was held. Plus, having the incredible restaurant right next door made dining options convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cozy fireplace which provided a wonderful sense of relaxation.

Parking is a bit of a challenge and the breakfast service was slow.
