Great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The hotel grounds were clean and tidy. The rooms were a reasonable size and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The on-site restaurant had a nice atmosphere and served good food.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. The room was not as charming as it appeared in the online pictures and lacked some basic features like a fridge.

I got great value for my money at Los Arboles. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lovely details. The location was safe and about a 20-minute walk from downtown. The staff, particularly Alma at the reception, were incredibly helpful and made my stay fantastic.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety in dessert options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the charming, boutique feel of the inn. The Spanish architecture and historical details added a unique touch. The attached restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious food and providing a picturesque dining experience by the pool. Despite the noise from the main street, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this lovely hidden inn for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with nicely redone Spanish-style rooms and clean grounds. The hotel's location was perfect, just off the main downtown area of Palm Springs. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.

Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a Jacuzzi tub that added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near one of the best breakfast places in the area. The outdoor areas are beautifully decorated and well maintained. The attached Mexican restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is friendly and attentive.
