The service at Lumiere was beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, remembering our names and making us feel incredibly special. The attention to detail was outstanding, with high-end touches everywhere we turned. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the accommodations felt like a luxurious home away from home. The complimentary breakfast at Scratch was delicious and saved us some money. I highly recommend Lumiere for an unforgettable stay.

Our stay at Lumiere With Inspirato was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until we left, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the friendly valet who took care of our luggage and guided us to our room. The front desk staff was seamless during check-in and even upgraded us. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including robes and Nespresso coffee. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main lift and gondola to town. The staff, from the valets to the general manager, were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We even received a lovely bottle of wine from the general manager. Lumiere With Inspirato is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the breathtaking view from our penthouse suite and the stunning sunsets we witnessed every evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the gondola that took us into downtown Telluride. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and included a variety of local, high-quality options. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, from setting up in-room massages to providing helpful recommendations for activities in the area.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, including Bas, Jose, and the rest of the team, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, being within walking distance of the gondola and main lift, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were helpful in getting us settled into our room and answering any questions we had. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the village and the gondola to downtown. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant and the relaxing pool area.

When we contacted the hotel directly, they were more than happy to accommodate our request. it was a minor inconvenience but was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

Best aspects of our stay were the ski, in ski, out location and the friendly staff. the convenience of being able to walk straight onto the slopes was a major plus. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us with any requests we had. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast offerings, which provided a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of jacuzzi jets in the bathtub and the high pre, paid ski day costs. It was disappointing to discover that the bathtub didn't have jacuzzi jets, especially since it was advertised as a luxury amenity.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful boutique-style hotel. The room was spacious and larger than most, with stunning views. The staff, including Kyle the valet, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although lacking hot items, was presented well and the food was tasty and plentiful. Housekeeping was excellent and the concierge service was hardworking. we highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience! We were greeted with champagne and received an upgrade to a gorgeous suite with stunning views. the fully equipped kitchen and luxurious amenities made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Gondola. the included breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of homemade pastries and delicious hot food. the staff was exceptional, always attentive to our needs and providing excellent recommendations. Can't wait to return!
