The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was right in the center of town and close to all the events I was attending. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, laundry services, and an airport shuttle available. The room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, a tea and coffee area, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the complimentary toiletries provided.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues. The staff denied that an incident occurred and refused to acknowledge that a staff member acted inappropriately.

The Ascend Hotel in Minneapolis was the perfect place for my recent stay. The style of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and I loved the window light and color changing lighting in my room. The large TV was a great addition as well. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was amazing, taking care of all our needs. the location could not have been better, as it was close to all the events and attractions we wanted to visit. We were able to easily explore the city and make the most of our trip. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and made our stay feel luxurious.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made washing my hair a bit of a hassle.

Very clean with unique decor, using an iPad for music. Enjoyed the Keurig coffee. The friendly night front desk made us feel at home. The comfortable queen bed ensured a good night's sleep. Spacious room and bathroom, plus a kitchenette for longer stays.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The rooms were well equipped with a fridge and microwave, and I loved the cool seating area. The location was right downtown and it was only about a 20-25 minute drive from the airport.

The front desk person treated our friend poorly, which . Also, our reservation stated that there would be three people, but the room only had a queen bed with no extra accommodations for the third person.

I was a member of a wedding party at Ascend Hotel and they were incredibly accommodating. They allowed late check-in and valet parking for my car. The staff held onto my bag while I attended the event all day. I had a great time with my friends and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and I loved the Caribou Coffee k-cups. The hotel's lounge/bar was also very cool. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience here. This place is located in the center of town and is very close to the stadium and attractions. The service is outstanding, starting from the dry cleaning and laundry to the airport shuttle and valet parking. Our room was superbly equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, wi-fi, free toiletries. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious continental breakfast served every morning. The staff was friendly and attentive. The leisure facilities including the free internet access, bar/lounge area, laundry, and a business center were just great.

Highly recommended for families, we had a wonderful time here.
