The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - walking distance to everything. The free breakfast, light lunch, and happy hour were a great value. The restaurant on the sidewalk is perfect for people-watching.

The rooftop fitness center had amazing views of the city while working out, which was a nice bonus. The valet parking service was great, and the staff were all very friendly.

The breakfast area was always crowded and it was a hassle to find a seat. The bed was uncomfortable and I ended up with a kink in my neck.

The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was also a nice bonus, allowing me to take in the beauty of the surrounding area.

One negative aspect was the limited selection of TV channels and poor picture quality, making it difficult to enjoy watching TV in the room.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the additional charges. the parking fee and the club membership fee were quite excessive and added a significant amount to my overall cost.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel on Rodeo Drive! The location was just so convenient and safe, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas with all the shops, parks, restaurants, and churches. The staff immediately grabbed all my luggage and led me out the back door, thinking I was checking out, showing their attentive and hospitable service. The personalized tablet in my room was a nice touch, even though it was a bit useless. But what really impressed me was the fast and reliable WiFi, something that is still rare to find in hotels these days.

The only thing I would recommend to everyone is to not pull up at the Rodeo Drive entry for parking. Instead, go to the entry at the rear of the building.

The staff, including the helpful reception team and delightful housekeeping, made my stay unforgettable. The efficient valet service and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise. The exceptional breakfast lattes were the perfect way to start my day, followed by a relaxed morning stroll down the iconic street. The comfortable bed was jaw-droppingly restful after a day of sightseeing. The additional resort fee allowed for free and delicious meals throughout the day, and the fast internet and quiet, calm atmosphere provided a great escape. Even though there was no pool, the staff kindly arranged access to a neighboring sister hotel's pool.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance, as some areas smelled bad and the rooms appeared old and small.
