The location is great, close to the supermarket, beach, and shops. Parking is convenient. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The owner was helpful and informative. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The property had a brand new look and feel, and I could see the potential for it to be even better once it's complete. The free WiFi and parking were a huge convenience. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. Plus, it was conveniently located near everything, with the beach and Citibank bikes within walking distance.

Although there were a few cons, like the lack of cleaning supplies and no one available on the property for assistance, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The shower head was a bit too large for the shower, causing the bathroom floor to get flooded.

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments! The free wifi and parking were a godsend. The property itself was very comfortable and nicely furnished. I could tell that Roberto is really putting in effort to remodel this place and make it even better. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. I also loved that there were Citi Bank bikes nearby that I could rent. It was so convenient to explore the city.

I recently stayed at Luxury Miami Beach Apartments and had a fantastic experience. Roberto, the host, went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It had free Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, and there were also city bank bikes nearby to rent. I couldn't have asked for more during my time in Miami.

Unerfreulicherweise war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht zufriedenstellend, es gab Haare im Bad und Essensreste im Kühlschrank.

The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4 adults. The king bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other were comfortable. The kitchen was a decent size and well-equipped. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Washington Ave. and a Publix. The parking area had a gate for added security.

Felt safe walking at night, and the staff was always helpful.

The location of the apartments is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. The apartment itself is stunning, with modern and luxurious furnishings. The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. Additionally, the apartment had all the amenities I needed, including free wifi and gated parking. I will definitely be returning to this location whenever I'm in South Beach.

Great location, close to shopping mall and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the furnishings and lighting in the apartment were modern and stylish. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi and gated parking. the beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen. the manager was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

The apartment could have been cleaner, it seemed like there had been previous parties and there were small black bugs that made us uncomfortable. the neighborhood itself wasn't great, with people hanging out on the streets and it felt like a transitional area with poorer areas nearby.

Clean apartment, great location, convenient check-in, comfortable bed, nice and quiet at night.

Our main purpose was to relax on the beach, and the hotel's close proximity to the beach was perfect. Additionally, we were thrilled to find out that there were several convenient stores and shopping options nearby, such as PUBLIX, Best Buy, Ross, and TJ Max. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for our group of 4 adults. Each bedroom even had its own bathroom, which was a great feature. The kitchen was also a decent size and had all the necessary supplies. Another highlight was the parking area with a gate that provided added security. Last but not least, we were impressed with the kindness and friendliness of our host.
