Multiple issues throughout the stay, such as a broken water filter and a smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night. Needed to purchase drinking water due to the filter issue.

The house on first appearances was really nice. Lots of space, great facilities, and well equipped. A safe gated community in walking distance to the shops. Conveniently located at International Drive leaving you close to many food options and amusement parks. Plenty of kitchen appliances and extra amenities like trash bags and dish soap. Complementary Oreos were a nice touch! Location is perfect right across from the new Universal Studios park once it's built. Great Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and furniture. a great value for the price and plenty big for our family.

The location of this townhome was perfect! It was very close to the new Universal Studios park and just minutes away from International Drive. Being in a safe gated community added an extra level of security and peace of mind. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the townhome. It had plenty of room for our family and it was well-equipped with great facilities. We also appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as trash bags and dish soap. it was a great value for the price.

There were a few things that didn't go smoothly during our stay. the water filter broke on the first day and we had to buy drinking water.

As someone with a blind son-in-law, the easy-to-navigate floor plan was a huge plus. The outdoor space was also a bonus, and we enjoyed celebrating my son's 16th birthday there. it was a great value for the price and we will definitely consider re-renting next year.

Couldn't stay longer.

Our family stayed at the Cozy Townhome in Vista Cay Resort for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to parks and attractions, and the floor plan was ideal for our blind son-in-law to navigate. The outdoor space was a pleasant surprise, and the bed and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The strong Wi-Fi connection was a bonus, and we really enjoyed our stay. The value for the price was exceptional, and the townhome was plenty big for our family and for celebrating a 16th birthday. The proximity to the new Universal Studios park once built was a major advantage, and being just minutes away from I-Drive was incredibly convenient.
