The room I stayed in was in somewhat poor condition, but the air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to the city's attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Dallas.

Upon arrival, I encountered a minor inconvenience with the room assignment and had to request a change. Nonetheless, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience at The Beeman.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and found the experience delightful. The spacious rooms and exceptional service made my stay comfortable. The breakfast was also on point, providing a great start to my busy days. The hotel's central location near Southern Methodist University was convenient for my business needs.

The only service I missed during my stay was a business center to print some documents for my meeting.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to find and navigate around. The check-in process was quick and parking was free. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including Greek yogurt. The staff, particularly our server Alex, were friendly and accommodating. The outdoor lounge area and pool were excellent for relaxing.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dirty towels and a run-down appearance. The AC in our room broke, leaving us in uncomfortably warm temperatures.

Loved the hotel! Stayed there for 6 nights with my family and it was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were amazingly clean and the whole place had a fancy vibe. The location was great, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. Special shoutout to the shuttle bus drivers and the ladies at the bar who went above and beyond. If I'm ever back in town, this will be my go-to hotel!

Conveniently located near SMU with a fresh fragrance throughout. Spacious rooms with cozy lobby/eating area. Loved the Happy Hour with free wine or beer and cookies every evening. Fresh fruit flavored water available in lobby. Comfortable, affordable and clean with helpful staff.

This hotel in downtown Dallas had an excellent location. It was conveniently close to everything, including a grocery store and various stores within walking distance. The proximity to the Geo W Bush Library made it easy to visit, either by walking or taking a short shuttle ride. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We were able to easily walk to all of the nearby attractions, including the library and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection and was a good value. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

While the overall experience at this hotel was positive, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms were a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom.

We hit up the JFK Museum and this super cool 26,000 square foot food paradise with four amazing restaurants. The staff were super friendly and the free cookies and milk at reception were such a sweet touch! Plus, the easy Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants was the cherry on top!

If there was one thing that could make this hotel even better for us party-loving teens, it would be to get rid of that vomit smell from the sofa in the bar. Otherwise, everything was lit!

We loved staying here! The location couldn't be better, right next to an outside mall and in a good area. The service was amazing, with great room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services. We were provided with a welcome drink upon arrival, and the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and we enjoyed watching television on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the carpeted floor. The dining restaurant was top-notch, and the bar/lounge area was great for drinks or a snack. We also appreciated the picnic area/tables and the friendly and helpful staff.

The room was nice and clean, perfect for our wedding night. Loved the location near Mockingbird Station. The gym was fantastic, and the breakfast service was great. However, the restaurant service in the evening was lacking, with long wait times and overworked staff. WiFi was also unreliable. Overall, a 5/5 stay!

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right next to an outside mall in a good area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and include a tub with a good view. The breakfast is also delicious and satisfying.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

As a solo traveler, I loved the cozy bed, convenient electrical outlets, and in-bed reading light. The heated pool was large and warm, with fluffy towels provided. The hotel also offered cookies and milk in the evenings, as well as a cocktail hour in the upscale lounge/bar.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.
