When we arrived, there was an issue with our room, but it was immediately taken care of by the friendly and accommodating staff. We even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was regularly cleaned and sanitized. My family particularly enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks. The mattress in our room had urine stains and the fridge was rusty.

Although the breakfast could have included a few more warm options, overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The air conditioning was a bit dodgy, as it would fluctuate from hot to cold without warning. the housekeeping staff tried to enter our room twice in the morning without knocking and left the door unlocked both times, which made us uneasy about the security of our belongings.

The bed was comfortable! I was really beginning to get comfortable in my room until I came in contact with some roaches. Yes I was upset for the money I spent to stay there. It was a trip to relax, enjoy family, get some work done and attend a reunion. I took pictures of what I had encountered. I also took the roaches to the front desk and left them there. Management was okay with putting my family and me in another room but I was on the edge in my new room because of what I experienced. It was a wait and then the exterminator was told to come in and spray our room with my family still in there. That was so wrong, not to mention that I had already told management I suffer from allergies and other things. Therefore, I have asthma and can't come in contact with the spray.

The hotel is situated in a central location, making it easy to get to restaurants and the airport, while still being far enough from the beach. It was clean, but lacking basic amenities such as recycling bins.

The hotel lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. Hair was found in the bed sheets and the smell of smoke filled hallways.

Great location, well-kept room, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, informative and patient.
