The cabin was very nice, with a screened-in porch, picnic table, and charcoal grill. The two separate rooms and comfy beds were perfect for our stay. The kitchen was quaint but well-suited for the size of the cabin. The owner was pleasant and promptly returned an item I had left behind.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marcotte Motor Court. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotlessly clean. We loved that the trolley car conveniently picked us up and dropped us off right at the facility, making it easy to explore the area. The cabin we stayed in was perfect for our group, with its own picnic table and grill. a great experience and we will definitely be back!

marcotte motor court totally exceeded our expectations! we stayed in old orchard beach before, but this time was amazing. the owners were super helpful and gave great recommendations. the location was ideal with the trolley stop right outside, making it easy to explore. the room was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. would stay again in a heartbeat!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The friendly staff explained everything about the hotel and the convenient $1 trolley that takes you to the beach and around town until midnight. The hotel is clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The family-like vibe and proximity to the beach and local attractions, such as the pier and Palace Amusement park, were amazing.
