The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to various shops and attractions. The self-parking option was convenient, allowing me to easily access my car when needed. Overall, a pleasant experience despite a few minor issues.

Although the geese by the river can be noisy in the morning, they served as my wake-up call at the hotel. The room was clean, the rooftop bar was a nice spot to enjoy a drink by the fountain. The spa was impressive, but no special gestures were made for my daughter's birthday, which was disappointing. Despite the limited parking, the location was ideal, and the room overlooking the river was exceptional.

The nearby market and attractions were convenient. However, the car valet service was disorganized. The room was soundproof and provided a great night's sleep, although the parking was a bit far and charged extra. Overall, a good option for families with children who enjoy shopping and dining.

Indulged in epic food finds at Margaritaville's self-service dining spots. Poolside snack bar was a hit! The market and nearby dining gems added zest to the tastebuds.

Walking long distances to elevators can be a wobble for the wiser folks. Bathroom setups might need some glow-up for makeup mavens.

The hotel staff were so nice, especially with my little one - they really spoiled her! The location is super central, rooms are big, and they cleaned it up every day. We got that river view which was cool and spent New Years here, really loved it! 🎉 There were tons of stink bugs on the balcony at our riverside room, but besides that, everything else was fab!

We checked out the cool 7D theater and enjoyed the musical shows like Country Tonight nearby. Chilling on our private balcony with river views was so chill. The mountains and land around gave us the perfect backdrop for our getaway. The group sales team really hooked us up for our trip.

we had an amazing time at margaritaville. the hotel was spotless, the pool area had breathtaking views, and our room was quiet and comfy. every staff member was friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better than more expensive hotels. we will definitely be back!

Omg, stayed here recently! loved the relaxing balcony in the rooms with views of the shops nearby. Amazing area with so much to do. Staff was nice but could use a tad more training in customer service. 🌴

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were absolutely charming, adorned with rustic touches and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and well-maintained facilities that were comfortable to navigate.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff could provide more assistance with luggage and navigating the bustling areas.

During my stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge, I appreciated the convenience of having free private parking on site. Guests who park here can take a complimentary tram from the lot to the front of The Island, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the outdoor pool with a sun deck and pool bar provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of travel.

While our room at Margaritaville Island Hotel offered a lovely river view, the presence of a nearby dumpster led to some early morning disturbance, as it was regularly used before 7 am. This minor inconvenience slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff here was some of the friendliest I've encountered, and the hotel location was spot on - close to everything you need! There's a pool and spa for some relaxation, and they even had live entertainment which was a nice touch. Only downside was the distance of our room from the lobby, but nothing major - overall, had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning soon! 🌴
