The staff members, particularly James and his coworker, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to fix an issue with our bathroom door. They made us feel like old friends, creating a sense of familiarity throughout our stay. We loved spending our afternoons at the fourth floor bar and starting our mornings at the Starbucks on-site. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to find dining options and access everything we wanted to see and do.
