I have to say, we got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with soft beds and linens. The location was perfect - a short walk from the river walk but still quiet and peaceful. The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond, treating us with extreme kindness and helpfulness. From the front desk staff giving our girls a cup of seed to feed the peacock, to the employees handing out green iced donut holes during the St Patty's Day parade, they made our stay truly wonderful.

The breakfast offerings could use a bit of improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at Marriott Plaza! The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown San Antonio. We especially loved the intimate feel of the hotel with its fountains, courtyards, and balconies. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy couch and a desk/chair combo. The vaulted ceiling added to the charm of the room. The staff was incredibly attentive and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities, including the gym and bar in the lobby, were top-notch. The staff was exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk and next to the convention center. We could easily walk to all the attractions in downtown and still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

During my New Year stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room's pristine condition, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location within a short walking distance to a popular tourist attraction. the view of the city from the room's balcony, especially at night, was breathtaking.

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. One of the negative aspects was the additional fees that added up, such as expensive parking and the lack of complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi unless you were a member of a loyalty program.

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's well-maintained grounds and gardens, pool and hot tub, and the fire pit with circular seating. The peacocks roaming around added a unique touch.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Guillume with his charming French accent, made me feel like the most important guest. Jesse, Ariel, and David were amazing, and the breakfast buffet had delicious food. The housekeeping staff was attentive, even helping me retrieve a lost item. The hotel's atmosphere with beautiful gardens, a pool, hot tub, and a fire pit with circular seating was amazing. I loved the peacocks and the comfort of my room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Riverwalk and the Tower of the Americas. I also noticed many pilots and stewardesses staying here, which added to the great ambiance.

Excellent customer service, they surprised my son with a birthday card, cake, and flowers. Comfortable bed, perfect for a spontaneous trip.
