The Marv Herzog Hotel in Frankenmuth exceeded my expectations with its fantastic amenities. The room with a private balcony overlooking the Cass River was a highlight. Waking up to the tranquil river views and enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. The comfortable bed and the availability of a patio right outside the window added to the relaxing atmosphere, making my stay truly enjoyable.

If I had to mention a minor downside, it would be that light sleepers might faintly hear the car and people traffic on the main road if they were being loud. However, this was easily mitigated by requesting a room towards the river view.

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff kindly helped with my heavy baggage on my first visit. Perfect with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and 24-hour reception. The flat-screen TV and lift are convenient. The business center and express check-in/out are efficient. Breakfast is great.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides a great location in Frankenmuth and a beautiful riverside view. The underground parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the hotel's musical history was an interesting touch.

The only service that I missed for my work was reliable and consistent elevator service, as the wait times could be quite long at times.

The room was impeccable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the activities on the river. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the famous "Chicken dinners" and the shops, was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends for its cleanliness, great views, and overall wonderful experience.
