The hotel was nicely renovated and the staff was awesome. They were helpful and accommodating, ensuring our AC was fixed promptly and making our engagement seamless. The complimentary champagne toast by the pool was a lovely surprise. The rooftop hydrotherapy pool and steam room were great amenities.

The beds were quite hard, which was uncomfortable for me. Additionally, some staff members were rude and seemed to think they were doing us a favor by letting us stay.

Located in a quiet area, this hotel offers a peaceful beachfront experience. Guests can enjoy the serene beach from early in the morning, away from the noise of South Beach. The hotel is near a quiet beach, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation. The rooms feature elegant design and some offer beautiful views of the ocean.

A Memorable Stay in Miami

During my 4-night stay, I was delighted by the prime location of this boutique hotel. The decor was light and refreshing, and the comfortable beds and great shower in the bedrooms made for a truly relaxing experience. The pool area was spacious with plenty of sun beds and hammocks, allowing for a serene and uncrowded atmosphere. The bar staff provided excellent service, ensuring that every moment was enjoyable. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise. From the special attention to detail to the fantastic breakfasts, this hotel truly treated its guests like royalty. It was the perfect choice for a memorable girls' break.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning design of the room at Como Metropolitan Miami Beach. The airy and well-designed space made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. The hotel's rooftop pool was another highlight, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere to unwind. The friendly poolside staff and delicious drinks and snacks made my time there even better. Special mentions go to Sergio, who offered water every time I returned to the hotel, and Oz at the bar, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Miami Beach.

While the experience at Como Metropolitan Miami Beach was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The lack of a cool side to the rooftop pool was a missed opportunity, especially considering the humid Florida weather.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rain shower in the bathrooms was a luxurious touch. The rooms with king beds and balconies were spacious and comfortable. The views of the Atlantic were stunning, even from the slightly smaller room. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to South Beach for a fun time, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful sleep. The dining options, including the Traymore restaurant, were excellent. And the concierge staff went above and beyond to assist us with dining reservations and excursions. The highlight, however, was the rooftop hydrotherapy pool, which provided the ultimate relaxation experience. the hotel was clean, had great facilities, and was conveniently located near Florida beaches.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to walk to popular areas but still quiet for relaxation. The hotel itself was modern and beautifully decorated. The room we stayed in was spacious and the cleaning service was outstanding. The pool and private beach were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. I had a great experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

A dreamy Christmas experience! The hotel was beautifully decorated, staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was stunning. We received lovely complimentary treats and there was plenty of space for us to store all our things. The hotel is located in a prime area with gorgeous grounds and a fabulous pool area that made our stay all the more amazing! It was a chic and tropical oasis, perfect for anyone wanting a Miami vibe.

While the hotel was overall great, we were disappointed that the fitness center and rooftop pool were closed for refurbishment during our stay. The hotel did arrange for us to use the fitness center at another hotel, but it was still a bummer.

The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was key, giving us easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy and enjoyable experience.

We had a terrible meal on Christmas day, with one of us getting food poisoning and the other receiving a poorly cooked and old-tasting dish. The service was also lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful staff.

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. They provided excellent customer service and greeted us at every turn. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a cool and chic decor. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with short walks to restaurants and the main shopping area.

The elevators at the hotel were very slow, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. The balcony in our room faced a neighboring apartment, so we didn't find it useful at all.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and it was a luxurious experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. The room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. We especially loved the Spa & wellness centre and the Sauna facilities, which were relaxing and added to our overall rejuvenating experience. The Swimming pool was also a great place to relax and unwind. The location was perfect for us as it was close to all the entertainment and shopping areas.

There was one minor issue that we faced during our stay. The Garden area wasn't well maintained and didn't look as appealing as we expected.
