As a business traveler, the smaller, more affordable room size at Microtel was perfect for me. The cleanliness and amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond when there was a smoking odor issue in my initial room. They quickly relocated me and thoroughly cleaned the previous room. I will definitely choose Microtel again for my next visit to the area.

The hotel is located in a great area with lots of accommodations nearby, including malls and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed to feel at home. The location was convenient for exploring this city and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites - Greenville was overall pleasant. The location was convenient and the facility was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our concerns were addressed.

During our stay, the room was clean and tidy, with the exception of a damp carpet floor and an unpleasant odor. However, we were able to manage by wearing shoes and using Lysol to eliminate the smell.
