The hotel was conveniently located near NYSEG Stadium and The University, making it easy to attend the Rumble Ponies game. The availability of coffee/tea, hot chocolate, and cucumber water 24/7 was a nice touch.

The staff, especially John at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was surprisingly good. Despite the small size of the breakfast area, it was sufficient for a quick bite in the morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

The staff promptly resolved a room temperature issue and provided us with a list of local restaurants and directions. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and a Walmart. The staff went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot an issue with our U-haul truck. The breakfast had good variety and the staff was courteous and friendly. a wonderful stay!

Great location near major highway and shopping center. The breakfast selection was perfect with muffins, yogurt, fruit and juice. I particularly appreciated the toiletries and ironing board in the room. The bed could have been more comfortable though. Overall I would recommend staying here.
