The parking at this hotel was good and check-in was fast. the room was comfortable and had a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. the location was great, close to restaurants and a grocery store.

The rooms with double beds did not have enough towels for four adults. the noise from the restaurant next door went on late into the night, disturbing our sleep.

During my stay at Microtel, I experienced the friendliest staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The pool was a great feature, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start my day off right.

The staff was engaging and helpful, promptly providing us with additional towels when requested. The drawer setup and inclusion of a refrigerator and microwave in the room were much appreciated, allowing us to keep and warm up leftovers. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. We were also pleased to find a nice breakfast setup, although larger coffee cups would have been a welcome addition. The free printing service was a godsend, allowing us to easily obtain our boarding passes before our flight. The staff even thoughtfully inquired if we needed a parking pass for our campus visit, highlighting their attentiveness to guest needs.

Great value for the money! Clean room, comfortable beds, very friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, more so than many other hotels I've stayed in. The common areas were small but provided their service and were also kept very clean. The breakfast selection was wider than I expected and contained a good variety of choices. The young receptionist, who was on evening shift during our stay, was very helpful and nice! The pool was small, but more than enough to cool down in the summer! And you get extra pool towels at the reception. The guests were able to get ice cubes for their room to cool down beverages. There are a lot of food restaurants near the hotel, which is also great! If I have some business in that area of North Carolina sometime in the future, I would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn for 2 nights while attending a burial in the area. The location was perfect, being close to where I needed to be. The room I initially booked with one bed was too small for two people, but the staff was accommodating and moved us to a room with two beds for the second night. The front desk employees, Lauren and Sarah, were friendly and gracious. The lobby was clean and inviting. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh and delicious options, and I especially enjoyed making myself some fresh waffles. The rooms were spacious, and I appreciated the mini fridge and the nicely sized bathroom. The pool, although small, was sufficient for cooling down in the summer heat. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Campbell University during Christmas and there were a few positive aspects of my experience. the rooms were clean and spacious, which was a great relief after a long day of traveling. Secondly, the hotel had a fantastic location, being close to the university, making it very convenient for me to visit my family studying there. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered. It was a nice touch to start the day with a satisfying meal without having to go out and find a place to eat.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the bed was uncomfortable and could have used a better mattress with more padding.
