Arriving late, I was given a room facing the noisy elevator. Despite quiet hours, high school hockey team members were loud late at night, disrupting my sleep. the front desk's response was disappointing. Pillows were too thick for my liking. Overall I found the hotel to be clean and new, with a good location. I appreciated the attentive staff and the effort to provide an iron and board when requested. Despite some noise and pillow preferences, I would still recommend staying here.

First stay staff helped me find places to shop. I keep coming back for city trips. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and snack bar make it perfect. 24-hour reception, fitness center, and TV room. No smoking allowed, plus luggage storage, lift, business center, express check-in/out.

Had a tasty early breakfast before heading out. the front staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Also, the rooms were spotless and spacious, with easy parking available right in front of the hotel.

Our stay was ruined by noisy high school hockey team guests who were roaming the halls late at night, making offensive remarks. Despite multiple complaints, the noise persisted, and the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the disturbance.

The stay at Microtel was delightful! the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the room was clean, equipped with a microwave and fridge. the staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was fantastic, including waffle makers and various options. Overall, a great value for the money!

Our stay at Microtel was delightful! We were the first guests after its grand opening. the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety, including delicious homemade waffles. the rooms were beautifully modern with great amenities like a fitness center and laundry room. the comfortable bed and spotless shower made for a perfect night's sleep.
