Great place, quiet and clean. the motel was super clean and the staff very friendly. the weather was so nice and you are within walking distance to the beach. the breakfast was good, had great bagels, cereal, yogurt, oranges. We sat outside on the patio, the grounds are very well kept.

Our rooms were not next to each other, the carpets were gross with stains and could use cleaning, and the pillows were too soft and the bed too hard. the vending machines were either out of order or didn't work properly.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel complex. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and recent linens. the staff was courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful grounds and long porches with seating outside. We also appreciated that the hotel was set back away from the street, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

One aspect we didn't like was the breakfast. It was not up to par compared to other hotels we've stayed at, even ones that were cheaper.

Great stay in beautiful Ogunquit! Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was more than enough. Good location, close to the beach with easy walking distance to town.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is fantastic for breaking up a trip up the coast from NY. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the comfortable beds. The hotel grounds were lovely, with a beautifully manicured garden area and fun games like corn hole and shuffleboard.
