We had an amazing stay at Modern B&B! The owner, Lisa, was incredibly accommodating and even upgraded our room for no extra charge. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast prepared by the cook was delicious and made us feel right at home. Despite some noise in the morning, the location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The decor is stylish and minimalistic, making for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. I also really appreciated the attention to detail - from the fresh cookies and wine offered every evening to the delicious breakfast every morning, everything was perfect!

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options including house-made granola, fresh fruit, and eggs. the staff was very accommodating, willing to personalize the breakfast to our preferences. the location of the B&B was in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic at night, making it a peaceful place to stay. Additionally, there was plenty of common space for relaxation, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

One downside was the functioning of the A/C. It was not optimal and the controls were located outside of the room, which made it inconvenient to adjust the temperature.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the museum district and in a great area that is surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. It was also a bonus that the hotel had its own parking, making it convenient for guests.

Loved the communal area where breakfast was served, with cooked-to-order options and fresh fruit available every morning. Wine and snacks provided in the evening was a nice touch too! the location was fantastic, close to major attractions and easy to access. the spacious room was a major plus and the modern style added to a unique charm.

The walk-in closet was a bit dated with old beige carpet and parking on the road was a bit inconvenient if not parked in the first slot on the driveway. However, these weren't major negatives and didn't affect the overall great experience I had.
