From the moment we checked in, it felt like we were treated like royalty,, especially when a staff member named Ashley helped us with dinner reservations across the street. The bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room was a classy touch that set the tone for our stay.

The pool area is a absoluteley disgusting, full of lost jewelry while kids cant swim after 1pm—thats just so considerate. Also, the elevators couldn’t be slower if they tried, and it baffled me that I didn’t get treated like royalty, considering all I had to put up with. Almost left a great review but just couldn’t.
